What I'll do if I win the lottery 

I've always had the dream to be financially successful right from my tender age, and while I've seen many accumulate wealth through dubious means, I've decided to stick to a legit means of earning. I even indulged in playing bet and lottery games with the aim of acquiring wealth, and when that wasn't forthcoming, I quit. But then, in response to the focal point of this prompt, I'll love to tell you what I'll do if I were to win the lottery.

Winning the lottery is more of a dream come true because such a prize is usually enormous and could literally change one's status from poor to rich, so I know such a feeling and the impact it'll have on me is magnanimous, but as we all know, loads of people have been able to own a lot of money, and only a few were able to get it and get it to work in order to retain, maintain, or improve their wealth.   And with that in mind, coupled with some of the experiments I've had with financial dealing down the years and the knowledge I've acquired via some personal experiences I've roamed with in recent times, this has helped reshape my mind to a priority to invest in things that'll help acquire more wealth rather than items that are perishable or things that'll consume more rather than bring in more, and the things I'll do with such money are as stated below.

• Buy and power up more hive to increase my vote value : If I had won the lottery a few years ago, I wouldn't have thought about investing in a hive, but since I came onboard, I've come to learn a lot about one of the benefits of staking a hive, and I see staking as a good investment that'll yield me a good income as time goes on. Aside from the fact that it's an opportunity to make my money work for me and yield more income, it's also an opportunity to touch lives and put a smile on other people's faces via my upvote.

• Invest in real estate: When you look into my country, Nigeria, you'll realize that one of the fastest-growing investments is real estate, and it'll be wise of me to key myself into this life-changing investment that has the ability to literally earn me double the amount invested if I can hold such lands or property for some time. I've seen people accumulate wealth via this, and I'm sure my situation won't be any different.

• Build a house of my own: One of the biggest prayers most people from my country pray for is to move into their own apartment. Living in a rented space isn't always the best, and to be on the safer side, it's best for one to own their house, so if I were to win the lottery, one of the first few things I'd do is to build a house of my own, and I know that would mean no more paying rent and also grant me the freedom to do things as I please.

• Build an orphanage home and Adopt a child from the orphanage: I've always had the passion and desire to help children who are not privileged to have parents or relatives who cater for them, and these have led to many of them being unable to attain great heights because their education has been halted, there is no access to basic needs, and the like. If I were to win the lottery, I'd make sure to do everything within my power to at least adopt two children from the orphanage so I could change their lives and help them live a better life.
