Ways I earn with my smartphone outside Hive

Mobile phones have evolved from being a device we just use for calling and texting to a device that can connect us to the world, get us up-to-date with happenings around us, and overall serve as a medium via which we can earn some cool cash. Loads of people have discovered this hack and used it to their advantage to create another stream of income, and just like them, so have I, and today I'll love to share some other ways I earn cook cash with my smartphone aside from hive.

Prior to joining Hive, I've always known the internet has a lot in store for anyone that can utilize it, and personally, ever since I got a browsable phone from the time of Java phones, even before Android came to life, I've been on a quest to see how I can earn with my smartphone, and fortunately for me, I discovered various means via which that can be achieved, and I utilized at least two of such even before I got to know about Hive, and I still indulge in them once in a while to serve as multiple streams of income for me.

One way I did earn with my smartphone back then before getting to know about hive, and now that I'm on hive, is via Facebook. Yes, you read that correctly. I earn enormous amounts and prizes on Facebook by participating in some task contest that promises the winners loads of prizes. I'm not a content creator, nor am I an influencer, but I use my little audience on Facebook to cash in money, and some of those methods are listed below.     Like we all know, more companies want to advertise their products, and this organizer contest and giveaway, which requires participants to perform some quest, sometimes it's just a simple question to show you're familiar with their products and the like, so I usually equip myself with such to get prepared, and via participating in such, I've won items ranging from smartphones to microwave ovens, bags, TVs, cash prizes, packs of noodles, and the like, to mention but a few. I don't do them often anymore; each time I see one with a limited quest, I participate and still win until sometime last month.

Another avenue via which I earn with my smartphone is with my little basic skills in designing with Canva, Pixellab, and the like. This is a tool on my smartphone that has helped me earn loads of money by designing some simple flyers for friends, individuals, and organizations. I do use Canva to help people design their weeding cards, birthday flyers, posters, and church flyers for programs, and these earn me enough to pay some of my bills.

While this design might seem beautiful and like it took me loads of hours to do, before delivering it to the client, sometimes all I had to do was edit an already existing template on Canva, and by the time I delivered it, they paid me well. Birthday cards don't really generate much because I only charge 500 naira for them, but wedding cards, posters, and church flyers can bring in thousands of naira because I sometimes also have to print them, so I charge well, but not as much as a professional graphics designer.     That's about all the various ways I earn something with my smartphone.
