It's been over 3 weeks since I planted different varieties of vegetables in my garden, and fast forward to today, they're almost all grown and looking fresh, although I would have planted them separately but the fact that I also made ridges that same day to plant some maize was tiring, so I had the intention of transplanting them once they grow to an extent.
And after continuous watering in days and rain cease to fall and adding of organic manures to the seed bedding I made for them vegetables, today I'm really excited about the growth and how fresh them look.
So give room for better growth and enough space between the vegetables, I stated transplanting them beside the maize I planted in my mini farm, and now that I embark on the transplanting procedure, I've realized that it's a engaging and tiring to complete it a day, so I'll be transplanting them gradually, till I'm done with everyone of it.
The list of vegetables planted as written in my earlier post are:
- Lagos Spinach efo shoko
- jute mallow Ewedu
- Ceratotheca sesamoides eku
The reason why I planted the vegetables was to reduce the amount spent on items and cut cost with the rate at which all every price of food items keeps increasing by the day, so I don't plant for commercial purpose by for I and my family.
Thanks so much for checking out my blog post, have a blessed and productive week ahead.
