THE EVOLUTION OF CHATTING WITH THE ADDITION OF EMOJIS AND GIFs

Ever since the advent of texting and chatting, technology has continually evolved and is still improving on making the chatting experience a pleasurable one. We now get to add some smileys, stickers, and emoji that can literally portray our emotions in a better, funny, and perfect way, and these have overall made texting something much easier to engage in since you can just commune with these smileys if you ain't willing to text.

I started texting way back when, and during those days we had little or no smileys to use as an extended method of expressing ourselves, but as technology has improved in these generations, we now have the likes of smileys that show different emotions and feelings. There are also gif-like short videos that are mostly always fun and a simple illustration of how we felt, and sharing such with whoever we're chatting with will certainly go a long way beyond just texting.

WHICH DO I PREFER BETWEEN ALL

When talking about emojis, smileys, and gifs, they are all excellent and a wonderful innovation that changes the face of chatting from the contemporary norms we were once used to. It has improved it to the point where you can literally just share these various items between you and whoever you're chatting with and yet you'll both understand each other without adding a word.

So from my above explanation, we'll all agree that they are all dope and exceptional, so I don't really have any that I prefer above the others, be it stickers, emojis, smileys, or gifs. I'm a fan of them all, and I actively use them in most of my communication with friends and colleagues.

WHY ARE MY FAVOURITE SMILYES, EMOJIS AND GIF?

• WOOZY FACE EMOJI🥴🥴🥴: I'm the type of person who loves to joke around and have fun with whoever I'm chatting with, and one of the ways to do such is with the usage of emojis. The emoji I prefer most for that is the woozy face emoji, which shows that someone is trying to make a silly face to make fun of whoever they are chatting with.

• DARK MOON WITH FACE🌚🌚🌚: The dark moon with face emoji is one that although has a quite different meaning from the reason why I used it, I learned it is used as a means of seduction and the like, but I personally see it as having a face that means are you being serious or do you mean what you're saying in a funny way, and that's why I usually used it.

• SANINUS GIF: Saninus is a popular Nigerian comedian, and one of his most popular acts was cropped into a gif that shows a somewhat sad emotion; what makes these most funny is the fact that his hair was Photoshopped off to make him look bald; it's something I usually use when I'm not too pleased with what the person I'm chatting with is saying or just to show my dissatisfaction in the form of a gif.

that's about all on my favorite emojis, smileys, and gifs, and these are icons i enjoyed using and they have made chatting with friends a delight to engage in. i wrote these in response to the kronias post on the hive learners' prompt; kindly read it to get more information.
