Hello everyone and welcome to my blog. I hope you are all doing great. Today I'd love to show you one of my creative sides and a simple guide on how to replace a shoe or oatmeal slipper sole whenever it wears out, and I hope you find it interesting and helpful to you subsequently.
The repair, or better yet, replacement, of the Birkenstock sole was done for a customer who is tired of how the sandal sole always gets worn out while the upper parts are still good. So I advise him to use a polyurethane sole, that it'll last a long time. Let me walk you through how I changed it.

REPLACEMENT PROCESS
- So first I went to the store and purchase the polyurethane outsole, after which I came back to the store and began my work.
- First I removed the old and spoit former Marco outsole, and use my filling machine to grind the back of the Birkenstock and the new polyurethane outsole.
- After that I apply gum all over the back of the Birkenstock and the inward parts of the polyurethane outsole, which I then put aside to dry for some minutes.
-
Lastly I last/join the new polyurethane outsole to the old Birkenstock insole and the upper design and then hit every part of it with an hammer, I also out some super glue in the surrounding of the sole to make it joined perfectly.
-
So this is how out palm Birkenstock Slippers looks now, and it's gonna last longer than the initial Marco sole that was there before.

Thanks so much for going through the tutorial of the replacement, I can't wait to see you try it out when next your shoe sole has issues, and I'll be here to give you some more guide and advise if you needed one.
Have a blessed day.
