Greetings and welcome to my blog on this lovely day. This is the second edition of the team leaders report for the ongoing members of the @newbies-hive initiative, and I'm here as usual to let you know how they've progressed and to give you my observations and reviews of each person's second task posts.

This second task explains in detail how beginners can use markdowns on their articles to beautify and make them more enjoyable to read. It also covers the use of tags and the hive guildline. The instructor, @samostically, did a great job of explaining everything to the beginners in detail for a better understanding. He also made time to answer any questions that came up during the live meeting.

ᴛᴇᴀᴍ ᴛᴡᴏ ᴍᴇᴍʙᴇʀs

I have the honor of being the team leader of this wonderful group of individuals, and they never ceased to stimulate me with their deeds and choices. There are a total of 8 team members under my direction.

Seven of them submitted their posts ahead of the deadline set for task submission; the eighth didn't publish because of an unavoidable offline activity, which he informed me about, but ultimately decided not to complete the tasks at all, The members of my team are listed below, along with links to the posts where they submitted their tasks.

ᴏᴠᴇʀᴀʟʟ ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡ ᴏғ ᴛᴇᴀᴍ 𝟸 ᴍᴇᴍʙᴇʀs

Each person who submitted a response to the task questions did a fantastic job of explaining everything in detail, even though some of their explanations of the tags and tokens associated with it had errors. However, I made sure to correct these errors as soon as I noticed them, so overall they did very well.

However, despite how well they all did with the explanation of hive guildline, tags, and the like, not all of them applied the markdown aspects of their tutorial. Since markdowns are a way to beautify our writing and make it more enjoyable to read, I hope they'll go back and review the tutorial materials and make changes moving forward in their subsequent articles.

Finally, I have decided to remove @joyman, the person who missed the task deadline, from the initiative because he has not shown up or taken the initiative seriously despite all of my attempts to get him to attend other initiatives discuss and co, I decided to do so, in order for him to understand that the place of commitment can't never be overemphasized in anywhere we find ourselves.

ʙᴇsᴛ ᴘᴀʀᴛɪᴄɪᴘᴀɴᴛs ᴀɴᴅ ᴘʀɪᴢᴇ

All of my team members performed admirably in this section of the initiative when it came to writing up their tasks, but as I mentioned earlier, the tasks also required using and understanding markdowns. For this reason, I'll be recognizing @glorydee as the best participant this week, not just for her use of markdowns but also for the well-detailed explanation and engagement with her other teammates. In appreciation for her efforts, I'll make her receive 10% of the rewards for this article.

Because tags have the power to influence our posts' outcomes and include factors of both rewards and penalties, it is impossible to overstate the importance of understanding and using them properly. I hope my team members will remember this and always act appropriately on tags. I wish them the best of luck and am looking forward to seeing their third tags.
