It's commonly said that everything that has a beginning most surely has an end, so is this section of the newbies' initiative. It seems like yesterday when this section of the initiative began, and looking back, it's been a very insightful and informative seven weeks for all the participants of their initiative, so today I'd like to wrap up by analyzing the suggestions or the newbies' goals as they relate to the ones they said at the beginning of the program.

TASKS REVIEW

As I said earlier, the initiative has been so informative and educative that it has taken time to educate newbies about most of what they needed to know that'll help them thrive on hive and as well stay out of trouble like plagiarism and how to secure their accounts, to mention but a few. Below are the various tasks treated by the initiative throughout the course of the seven weeks.

For all the tasks given throughout the initiative, most of my team members attended to all of them and were accurate with their responses to the questions they were given. The initiative has been a blessing to them, as they attested to in their goals recount and suggestions for the initiative.

At the beginning of the initiative, my team started with 8 members, but along the line, three of them dropped out for various reasons; some were due to unseriousness and lack of commitment, others were due to offline activities like studies and examinations, another had issues with hive authority, which led to her being dropped as well, but in the long run, we were left with 5 participants, and every single one of them attended to all tasks, which excited @dimmablogs , who didn't work on the last task.

ᴏᴠᴇʀᴀʟʟ ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡ ᴏғ ᴛᴇᴀᴍ 𝟸 ᴍᴇᴍʙᴇʀs

The team's two members did great throughout the initiative, although as the program runs on we see their commitment depreciating due to various reasons, most of which were offline activities. I'm certain that less reward on posts was also a reason for some, but since upvotes weren't promised to be certain at the beginning, I believe that shouldn't affect them. But overall, those who stood firm to the end are a champion, and I'm super proud of their relentless effort.

sᴜɢɢᴇsᴛɪᴏɴs ғʀᴏᴍ ɴᴇᴡʙɪᴇs ᴀɴᴅ ʙᴇsᴛ ᴘᴀʀᴛɪᴄɪᴘᴀɴᴛs

Regarding their goal recounts, everyone on my team did pretty well, and I'm excited about that. Although no one was able to completely meet up with all the goals they set, each attained at least 80% of their goals.

For their suggestions on what the initiative can improve on, most of them talked about the new initiative to imbibe the Canva Guide into the syllabus, and some also talked about how it'll be better to revise hive dapps teaching with them because most of them are yet to perfect how to use Liketu and 3Speak.

@glorydee was the standout performance for the team in this section of the initiative, but as a sign of appreciation and gratitude for the commitment of all my team members, I've sent each of them 2 hive each as we wrap up the initiative.

ᴄᴏɴᴄʟᴜsɪᴏɴ/ᴀᴘᴘʀᴇᴄɪᴀᴛɪᴏɴ

If it were possible, it'll be nice to revise the Hive Dapp tutorial for the newbies, just so they can get the knowledge of it and as well represent the initiative well when conversing with others to prove how well they've been taught. Overall, I would like to appreciate everyone @starstrings01 @theycallmedan @aliento and my fellow team members @hopestylist and @nkemakonam89 who made the initiative standout and a success.
