Happiness is more or less a state of fulfillment; it's a positive reaction to circumstances when things go exactly as we've ever wanted, Although everyone craves happiness and wants to be happy all the time, I believe that what distinguishes us from other people is the fact that we all have different things that excite us.
The things that make us happy distinguish us from other people, even though it is possible for more than two people to derive in the same manner or via the same trigger, However, this does not imply that everyone will experience happiness in the same way. For some people, happiness is primarily triggered by money, while for others it comes from success, breakthrough, or family.
For instance, I have things that make me happy that I'll share with you in this article. But before I do that, I believe you'll all agree that everyone has different ways and things that make them happy.

WHAT IS HAPPINESS TO ME?
Happiness is all I've ever desired. It's my deepest wish, and if I can't get it and maintain it for the rest of my life, I feel I'll indeed be satisfied because I believe that happiness is all that I need to have a perfect, good future.
In order for someone to say they are truly happy, they must have achieved their goals, or more simply, their expectations must have been meticulously satisfied. This is what motivated me to define what happiness means to me the way I did above.

WHAT MAKES ME HAPPY?
Like I said earlier, everyone has different ways that their excitement is sparked, and these things can take any form, from money to material possessions to gifts to success to family members. All of these are wonderful, but what makes me happy personally?
A few things personally excite me, including the following:
- Observing that everyone in my family is doing well overall.
- Maintaining financial independence.
- Realizing my objectives.
- Observing my neighbours and friends' success.
- Food.
- Getting positive results from my efforts.

HOW DO I FIND HAPPINESS?
My approach to happiness is largely influenced by my actions and those of individuals around me; this is because:
-
Focus on the goals: I normally put my best effort into reaching my goals because I'm conscious of the fact that I often become happy when they are accomplished.
-
Feel loved: I have a tendency to feel delighted when those close to me speak kind, lovely, and encouraging things to me, As a result, I constantly try my best to them in the hopes that they will return the affection. Since I am aware that failure and disappointment are inevitable parts of life, I strive to train my mind to live above the feelings that failures bring, in the hopes that I will do so quickly and look forward to better days in the future.
