HELLO HIVE

The newbies initiative is one of the best place you can get to acquire concrete knowledge about hive blockchain, this I can boldly say because, most of all I know is as a result of this Initiative, which as bestow upon me knowledge worth thousands of dollars for free, and one of such scenario is the tasks 5 given to we the participants of the current sections, as elaborated here.

And in this section of the program, we were educated about tribe token and the use of tags, and I must confess, prior to the explanation by @samostically I knew little or nothing about this aspect, but via his teaching, my knowledge as been enhance in that area, to the point where I can boldly say I know countless details about tags, tribe tokens and their uses.

WHY DO COMMUNITIES CREATE TOKENS ON HIVE?

I believe Community founders/team create tokens with the hope of rewarding the community members with such tokens, other reasons for creating token can be stated to be a way whereby the community can be identify with it own currency for transaction, which makes such community standout and unique among other Communities.

EXPLAIN WHY THE USE OF TAGS IS VERY IMPORTANT ON HIVE

The uses of tags on the hive blockchain are enormous, cause they go along way in aiding our post, and below are some of the importance of tags on hive;

Visibility: Tags makes our post visible to more audience, for example using a #alive tag will make your post visible in the we are alive tribe frontend, and it'll also aid quick access to the post by people/curators searching for such keyword to easily locate your post.
Earn Token: Using of certain tags gives us the privilege to earn Tokens related to such tags, for example, using the #proofofbrain tags in your post, will make you earn the pob token during the pay out of such post.

EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THESE TAGS

The above list is in two phrase, of which the first 6 contain tags that can be used in any post we publish on hive, and that because they are generally tags, that doesn't require you to be writing about a unique topic before using them.

While the other 5 listed tags, are unique takes, that requires us to be writing about contents that are related to the tag before we can use them, using this tags without following the guidelines surrounding them could lead us into trouble or downvote from the curators of such tags.

***So be it as it may, it's advisable to understand each tags and the regulation surrounding their uses, so as to enhance our post visibility to like-minded audience, and curators of those tags.***

WHAT ARE THE VARIOUS WAYS YOU CAN EARN TRIBE TOKENS ON HIVE?

There are different ways via which we can earn Tokens on hive blockchain, and below I list and explain extensively on how we can earn these tokens;

WAYS | EXPLANATION

| - POSTING | Publishing our post via the interface of a Community automatically gives us the opportunity to earn the community token, i.e: posting via neoxian.city grant you the privilege to earn Neoxag token. ENGAGEMENT | Continuous Communication with other authors in a community grant you the previlege to earn the community token during the payout of those post you engage on. CONTEST | Participating in a community contest usually give us the opportunity to earn the community token, because most Community usually add their tribe token as part of the reward to those who participated in their contest. i.e The Ladies of hive usually reward the winners of their weekly contest with the LOH token. DELEGATION | Delegating some Hive power to a Community account usually earn us daily rewards of the tribe token, i.e Delegating Hp to @neoxiancityvb will make your earn Neoxag, and Delegating Hp to @brofi will make you earn BRO token on a daily basis. STAKING | Staking more of the token you've acquire, usually grant us the opportunity to earn such token, and such it divided according to the total amount of the token you staked. UPVOTE | This is one of the unique ways we can earn Community token, and this is possible when someone who as a stake of such token voted on our post, so the higher the value of such persons stake, the higher the value of token you'll earn on that post. TAGS | Just like I've been saying since, using the tags related to a token grant us the right to earn such token, i.e using vyb tag will make you earn VYB token, and using build-it tag will make you earn the BUILD token. GIFTING | You can earn a token when someone who as such token decided to gift your the token, and example is typing !ALIVE to gift someone the Alive token.
