Ever since the day I joined hive, I've always envisioned growing my account to become a to whale on the blockchain, but things weren't as rossy as it taught it'll be until I met @starstrings01 who via his post as always been sharing insight on how to grow and find your place as a newbie on the blockchain, and this as aid my improvement overtime, and also grace me the privilege of knowing about the @newbies-hive initiative.
In this post, which is the first task the @newbies initiative program, I'll be sharing the goals i hope to attain in the next 3 month of the initiative program.
And to properly lay down this goals, we were given three questions to deliberate upon.
So without further ado, journey with me as I share my goals,how I hope to achieve them and the likely challenges that might stand as an obstacle in my bid to achieve my goals.
MY HIVE GOALS FOR THE NEXT 3 MONTHS

HIVE POWER GOAL
By then end of the newbies initiative, I hope to have 800HP, I presently have 392HP.

HIVE REPUTATION GOAL
I presently have a reputation of 61, and by the end of the initiative I'll love to attain the reputation of 68.

HIVE FOLLOWERS GOAL
By the end of this initiative, I Hope to have 500 followers on the blockchain, presently my followers is 361
-
ENGAGEMENT/COMMENT GOAL
In my bid to make friends and appreaciate other authors, I'll love to make at least 2700 comment during the duration of the initiative, my total engage before this post is 3,719, if added together 3719+2700 = 6419 should be my total comment stats by the end of the initiative.

HOW DO I PLAN TO ACHIEVE THE LISTED GOALS?
Two wise men once said the following words and I quote;

So I my bid to make sure I can attain my goals by the end of the initiative, I've listed the strategy and process which will stand as a blueprint/guide I'll be following, so as to achieve my goals, and they're as followed;

800 HIVE POWER GOAL ACHIEVEMENT STRATEGY

On my part I will try and post Quality content and hopeful get my post curated and upvoted, in the last 30 days I acquire 116Hp and 23HBD, and if I could get that same amount of turn out for the next three month, that'll be 348Hp and 69HBD, if that's added to my current 392Hp, that's will be a total of 740HP, then if I convert my acquire Hand to liquid hive, then it power up, am certain I should be able to attain my desired 800HP.

68 REPUTATION ACHIEVEMENT STRATEGY

I believe I have little power as regarding the increase of my reputation, but I've come to the realisation that each time I get curated and upvote from a top account, my reputation usually increases more, so to achieve this reputation of 68 , I'll try to make sure my content are always topnotch and of good quality, which will attract the upvote of top whales and account.

500 FOLLOWERS ACHIEVEMENT STRATEGY

In order for me to attain 500 followers by the end of the 3 month of the initiative, that mean I'll need an increase of 139 new followers, because I currently have 361 followers.
And to achieve this, I'll need to engage and make friends with other authors on the blockchain, and then hope to follower each other, so as to build a mutual relationship on the blockchain and grow together.

2700 COMMENTS ACHIEVEMENT STRATEGY

2700 comment may seems huge in numbers to achieve within just 90days, but I've divided it, and if I can make at least 30 comments per day, then by the end of the initiative.
To simplify this, I also analysis where these 30 comments will be going daily, which are as listed below;
- At least 5 comments in the @needleworkmonday Community daily, because the community goes in line with my Craft.
- At least 5 comments in the @wearealive tribe Community.
- At least 5 comment in @ecotrain Community, because I'm a mod in the community.
- At least 5 comments in the @hive-learners Community, because I'm open to learning more about hive, I also admire the community for it weekly features topic which as open me to learning more about other people's culture and tradition.
- At least 5 comments in the stars and @diyhub Community, because the community goes in line with my craft.
- Other Comments will be spread across other communities, base on the Quality and value I learn from such post.
Am also in the engagement league organise by @abh12345 so I believe this will boost my eagerness to engage passively.
LIKELY CHALLENGES THAT MIGHT HINDERS ME FROM ACHIEVING THE GOALS
I'll try my best and put in more effort to make sure I achieve my lay down goals for the initiative program, but these are the likely stuff that might stand as a hindrance from attaining the goals;
- Electricity: The rate at which electrical power is being distributed in my community is very poor, and this can lead to my phone battery running down if I'm unable to charge my phone.
But I'll always try to look for means to charge by visiting friends who as electricity at their community or fuel my generator to charge my phone.
- Writers block: This is not something I've faced before until last week when I was trying to put down this goals, I tried, but just meeting a dead end each time I want to write this first task for the initiative.
I've to relax and force myself to write it no matter what, and it'll suprise you to know that I wrote the post inside the vehicle while traveling from Kwara state to Lagos state, yea there were many distractions, but I just determine within me and I was able to overcome it.
So in the same spirit I'll stay determine and turn blind eyes to distraction always.
APPRECIATION AND CONCLUSION
Firstly I'll love to appreciate all the @newbies-hive initiative team in person of @starstrings01 @mistural @projectmamabg and many more who through this initiative have help many newbies like me find navigation on hive easier.
Also a big thank you to the @hive-learners Community team @bruno-kema @prayzz for their collaboration and support of the initiative.
