MY WELLNESS-ORIENTED EXERCISE PLAN

The impact of fitness and consistent workout routine to our wellbeing can never be overemphasized, indulging in a continuous fitness routine help us stay in shape and as well grant us loads of strength to perform various tasks without being weary, though I'm not a fans of workout but then o try as much as possible to engage in some petty ones to improve my wellbeing.

Workout also help keep the body, soul and mind in check, it help keep the circulation of blood flow intact and as well reduces the impact of diseases and illness on whoever engage in regular fitness routine, despite knowing all this health benefits of staying fit and maintaining a regular exercise schedule, I still shy away from indulging in it, mainly I'll say is because I'm lazy.

But not to just grow, get fat and have a stature like that of amoeba, I most time engage in the most simplest of all workout routine, which is walking.

  • WALKING: I engage most times in walking in order to burn fat and as well sweat out some unimportant particles in my body system, but the main reason why I dive into walking often is because I know exercise is important and I'm too lazy to engage in other ones like pushup, weightlifting and the likes, so once I see the the location I'm heading is walkable, I tend to walk there no minding if it's sunny or raining. This way I get to regulate my fat gain to a substantial level, yea I know that's small compare to what is expected of me 🥺, but I can't kill myself all in the name of fitness 🤣🤣.

I remember I once was encourage to engage in workout, so I downloaded a fitness app guide on my smartphone for a start, I chose the easiest exercise among those listed on the app, but after 5 minutes of following the instructions of the app, I was drain, tired and exhausted, I couldn't even lift a chair, neither can do I understand how my body became heavier than they use to be, I deleted the app on the third day and stop working out because I felt so useless after my 5 minutes workout.

Evert since that scenario, I didn't engage on workout for another 6 months, until I downloaded the app and same thing happens again, so for now I'm on sabbatical when it comes for workout that isn't walking, but to compliment weightlifting, I do carry heavy loads from our point to the other, that I felt will still serve some purpose, those I might not reflect in my body shape, neither will it give me abs or six pack, but think I'll manage growing pot belly for now 🤣.



Fitness is very important, and I hope to get into it seriously in the nearest future, hopefully I'll see someone who's strict enough to force me into engaging in it, no matter how stiff headed I try to be.
