Freedom is the state of being free to do anything or go anywhere without any boundaries or limits, and this is what almost everyone desires: to be able to do things in their own way without being questioned or having to minimize their ways or actions due to one rule or another. Although the importance of freedom cannot be overemphasized, having it in excess will do no good to the world at large given the fact that we've got different people who see things differently.
For us to have people see things differently means they'll also interact with happenings and scenarios differently, and in such a situation, it could be costly when they do things that are bad in someone else's option and feel it isn't a bid deal because they have the freedom to do whatever they like. To avoid all of these, rules are put in place to regulate the limit at which anyone can go in various settings and places.

The opposite of having freedom is being in bondage, under restrictions, and having limited ability to do as you want, which is freedom, which is the state of being able to do whatever it's you want, but in such a situation, freedom isn't something that's totally possible because there are some rules, dos, and don'ts guiding the act of different places, and they kind of limit what we can do in such places to be within the rules or get presecuted or punished for violating them.
These rules and regulations are what I believe bring normalcy to society because there are a lot of people who'll overreact to some unpleasant experience, and their overreaction could be taking the lives of others, injuring others, or doing other things as bad as that, and yet they go Scott free because they've limitless freedom. In order to avoid such situations, I believe freedom should be moderated in a way where morality is inducted into the law.
I can remember during my teenage and growing-up days, I usually felt restricted by the enormous rules and regulations of my dad and couldn't help but imagine growing up and leaving his abode into my own space where I wouldn't have to bend to his rules. One of such rules was the fact that I couldn't go outside the house once it was 9 p.m., and being a lover of football and the Champions League, we all know matches are usually around that time.
Even though I grumble, he won't let me go, and he usually threatens to lock me out any day I stay beyond that time outside. One day I left the house to watch a football match and didn't return until about 10 p.m., although no one had slept, but he warned everyone inside not to open the door for me, and that was how I slept in the open outside till the next morning. I was pained, but then I learned to adapt, and then I got to realize he tends to bend the rules if the reason why I'm staying out is related to education or religion.
Well, that isn't the focal point of why I shared the story. Fast forward to months after that incident, when I gained admission into school and finally had my freedom, which meant I could do things as I liked, but by then I was already accustomed to my dad's rules, so I never watched matches beyond that time, even though I stayed alone. I can remember how that helped me during a champion's final during my undergraduate days.
There was supposed to be Oro, a traditional ritual that was announced by the citizens of the place I school, and the Champions League final was also supposed to hold at the same time. With the moderation on freedom teaching I've learned from my dad, I didn't bother going to watch the match, but many of my hotel mates did, and the outcome was very terrible; most of them were mercilessly flogged home.
That's how I would have also been a victim of these had I not had a rigorous brooding by my dad's principles. Of course, I enjoyed much freedom, but when it's limitless, I think the world will lose its essence because a lot of people will keep abusing it over and over again.

That's about all on my opinion on limitless freedom, I hope you enjoyed the read, have a blessed and productive day ahead.
