Resumption to work after the holiday is always, or should I say mostly, a two-way thing when it comes to how we welcome such. In part, you'll wish more days could be added to the holidays so they could last much longer, and in part, you'll be looking forward to reuniting with your colleagues and customers. If you wish to know how I react to resumption, then I'll suggest you read through this article.
As we all know, nothing beats the feeling of having the opportunity to take time off work in order to relax, refresh, and have enough time to catch up with loved ones and family. But it's always a hard time to let off when you realize that within a twinkle of an eye the holiday is over and now you need to resume your line of duty.

Resumption back to business is always a two-way emotion for me, as I stated earlier, and this is because I usually feel like I haven't gotten enough rest or deserve to have more time at work. Another reason could be that I felt I haven't gotten adequate time to bond well with my family before the holiday elapse, so this one of several occasions usually makes me feel odd when resumption comes to reality.
But then on the other part, as a teacher, I usually look forward to seeing my students and getting the opportunity to impart knowledge and ideas into them. I also usually look forward to seeing some of my colleagues, with whom we've grown fond over time, so I usually look forward to this, and the idea literally makes me long to resume back to work.
If I have to choose one side of both, because both of my above points have somewhat placed me in-between as I've explained my emotions about them, I'll probably go for the former, which is this idea of having more days added to the holiday so I can have enough time to get hold of myself and be in the right state of mind and strength before resumption.

HOW I FELT ABOUT RESUMPTION
I've been going back to work since Monday, and it's been a mix of emotions for me, because firstly, resuming work means I've got less time to spend on the hive blockchain like I usually do, and aside from that, there are usually a lot of activities going on that literally keep me occupied and leave me with barely enough time for myself.
Another thing that makes this present resumption a pain in the ass for me is the fact that, unlike what we've had in previous sections, my workplace senior management has made afternoon lessons compulsory for all teachers to participate. I don't like this idea because it isn't something I admire at all. Although there'll be payment for the extra lessons, I'd rather spend those extra 2 hours on hive than spend another 2 hours teaching the students who ought to be at home relaxing after spending hours learning.
Whichever way I felt about it, I couldn't even oppose their decision since I seem to be the only one who doesn't buy the idea among the staff. I really can't blame them because they see it as an opportunity to earn more, I wish most of them knew about hive , I'm sure they would have gone against these idea as much has I'm drying to do so.

That's all my option has regarding my stand on how I felt about resuming work. Read Kronia's post to get an idea of what prompted my writing.
