HELLO HIVE
Welcome to my blog, how are you doing and hope you had a wonderful day, today I'll love to take you through my experience today at work, as I'm been put in charge of supervising the employed carpenters that were tasked with the duty of helping the school build chairs and desks for the students.
Being a newly employed teacher mean I had to at least do things according to the way the older staff want it, so when I was asked to supervise these people ahead of teaching the learners, I had no choice that to oblige.
While supervising the project, I soon understand the reason why the present of a staff is needed to around these people, because I came to realise that in as much as they're building the students chairs and desks, they are also looking for every opportunity to loot the carpentry equipment bought for them by the school authority.
Unfortunately for them, I made sure to observe all their cunning act, and point it out before they deny ever getting involve in it, and despite my thoroughly cross-checking, they still find a way of talking out about two packs of nails and co.
These terrible act is very common to most craft and skilled personnel around here, cause they alway look for any opportunity to cart away with items meant for the project given to them by their employees.
Aside the cunning behaviour, they did an excellent job with the desks and chairs, and now the school will be having enough to go round for as many learners as possible, though I don't think these chairs would be comfortable enough for the pupils to sit and learn comfortable on, but it's way better than the previous one's they use to sit on, that are now in bad shape.
