It's the last day of the year and coincidentally it's also marks the last market Friday of the year, and just like most people I went to the market to get some stuffs, although as at when I was leaving the house for the market, I don't have any list of what I'll be buying, but I was hoping I'll sure get inspired by what I saw in the market.
Once again I patronise the street market just like I did last week, but this time around I went in company of my mom, and that reminds me, let me tell you a secret, I dislike going to the market place with her, I hope you'll be able to keep my secret between us🥴.
Am sure you gonna be wondering why, well the major reason is her habit of negotiating price lof goods with sellers, I know you might be saying within you that who doesn't price of negotiate, hers is kind of much, she can price a goods you tag $20 to $1 and if you agree to sell it at that rate, she may still not buy from you, cause she'll go to about 8 stores to price the same goods before deciding which is cheaper
Now think about it yourself, how will you feel standing beside such person, as a man I usually feel embarrassed standing beside her during her pricing dialogue, also the stress of me moving to several store just to price the same items isn't friendly
Well today on getting to the market place, we realize most store didn't open (some are probably close for the year so as to have time in celebrating with their family as well). we got all we could afford from the open stores and that all happened with her normal routine of pricing.
Oh that reminds me, I must also confess that I love sending her to help me get stuffs whenever I want to get item at a cheaper price, I just like being in her company when it plays out
A big thank you to @dswigle for setting up such a great and lovely platform that enables learn about different people, their culture and environment.
