Cake parfait is been done by adding different layers of cake crumbs and frosting Whipped cream into a transparent cup, glass, plate etc.
So without further ado, let dive into the pool of Cake Parfait making
INGREDIENTS
- Flour 1 cup(each)
- Eggs 6 pieces
- Red velvet 1 tablespoon
- Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder 1 tablespoon
- Sugar/Honey ½ cup
- Milk ½ cup
- Salt (a pinch)
- Chill Water
- Flavour ½ tablespoon
- Vaniga water ½ tablespoon
- Butter/vegetable oil
- Whipped cream powder
- Chocolate Biscuits
- Preservatives etc...
PROCESS
- Making the Red velvet cake Pour a tablespoon of Vaniga water into an ½ cup of milk, and mix together thoroughly, then set it aside.
Crack 3 egg into a bowl, add your sugar/honey and mix it together, also add your vegetable oil/butter and flavour mix it thoroughly, then mix it with the set aside milk, and add you red velvet then stir it together.
Pour in all your your dry ingredients (like flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt etc.) And stir everything together thoroughly.

- grease your Cake pan or wrap the inside with Parchment Paper, then pour in your mixed cake and place it inside the oven for about 45minute to 1hour.
Making the Chocolate jar cake
To achieve this, all you need to do is follow all the above sets, but instead of adding red velvet, you'll be adding Cocoa Powder

- Once both are done, bring out the pans from the oven and then you can remove the cake from the pan to allow it to cool off completely.

MAKING YOUR WHIPPED CREAM
- pour your whipped cream powered into a bowl, add your chill condensed milk and some chill water. Then you can thoroughly mix it all together for some minutes with your mixing machine.(make sure you don't over mix it, so it won't lose the desired texture).

- Once that is achieved, then you can start pouring your whipped cream into a pipping bag that as a 1m nozzle inside.
APPLYING YOUR CAKE AND WHIPPED CREAM TO ACHIEVE A CAKE PARFAIT

Get your transparent cup/glass or plate.

NB: Cake Parfait is best served when chill, so it's better to place it inside the frigde to freeze before eating.
