MAKING PROCESSES

I begin the half shoe by cutting every necessary parts of the insole and the upper, gum them together and sewing it edge's and the leather holding the logo.

  • I also cut the fiber material meant for the insole, which I attached to a Marco size 4, and then wrap the lining around it, then nailed it to my shoe last for perfect lasing process.

  • After those I grinder the back of the upper with the grinder machine, then I last it around the shoe last and the insole needled on it.

  • After this was achieve, the I took one leg of the half shoe to the market, so I can get a perfect sole that'll fit the shape perfectly.

Note: This is a strategy I use most times when I'm making a shoe or half shoe, so that I won't have issues of managing a not too perfect sole on the footwear,in case I don't do that, I usually buy a bigger size of sole, that can be cut to any shape I like, like the way I did here and here.

  • So after purchasing the perfect sole, I went back to my store, and continue with the project by rubbing gum on the insole and the outsole, I also remove the nailed I use it nailing the insole to the shoe last, after which I attached both the sole and the outsole together, and then apply some super glue in the edges for firm sticking.
