LEGENDARY SUPER STORY SERIES HAS MY FAVORITE SOUNDTRACK

Soundtracks are one of the big parts of movies, and some of these are what usher people into the movie proper. Over the years I've watched some amazing movies, and some have come up with a sound track that serves as an identity that makes you identify what someone is watching even when you can't see the screen. Today I'll be sharing one of my favorite soundtracks in movies, and this particular one goes way back into the early 20th century.

I've watched numerous movies, and their soundtracks can literally bring back the memories of the movies each time you listen to them. Movies like Game of Thrones, Merlin, The Johnsons, and much more have unique soundtracks that are a joy to the ears and prepare our hearts for another joyful series we're about to watch, but the one I'll be talking about today was one that had a great impact on not just me but my entire community, if not the country at large.

SUPER STORY SOUNDTRACK

Super story is one of the household name top drama and series being aired on nigeria television and it environs, it was a Wale Adenuga production, one of his numerous list of top class series that won the heart of Nigerians in the early 20th century, one of his other series are Baba ajasco, This life, Binta and friends to mention but few and this series I can tell your for such are household name and each had a unique soundtrack that drags every human into their home immediately you hear their soundtracks.

Super Story was my favorite among his numerous movie types, and since Super Story itself comes with a different story line during the course of its airing, we've had movies such as those listed below:

• Sister Sister
• Nnenna
• The Staff
• Oh Father! Oh Daughter!
• Daddy’s Girl
• An Eye For An Eye
• The Gods Are Not To Blame
• Omoye

And much more to mention but few, each of these series do have some other soundtrack unique to them, but because they're under the cover of "Super Story," the popular "Super Story" soundtrack is what ushers us into the movie or each series proper. Below are the lyrics, and although I don't know them much, the sound to the ear is a joy to many around my community.

I can tell you for a fact that many of us don't know the lyrics of this soundtrack, but by the time we heard it, everyone ran inside to catch a glimpse of what the next story line had in store, and this includes adults, children, and even those playing football. Everyone ditched what they were doing and ran inside to see what the series was about to showcase; this shows how impactful and powerful the soundtrack is to the movie itself.

Above is a video of the soundtracks being sung. One of the beauties of this movie and soundtrack is also the love and togetherness it brings to the community and country at large. During the time for this series, whoever doesn't have a TV or electricity can visit his or her next-door neighbor's or a random stranger's house to catch a glimpse of the movie, and there won't be any form of discrimination as per what religion, what tribe, or how dirty you are from rushing in from a football pitch; it's all about love, and it promotes unity and brings about bonding between the people of my country.
