I believe that intelligence is when someone possess a high level of wisdom coupled with the ability to decipher which is the right decision to take at any given time. Although most people think that being educated automatically makes you intelligent, I felt that intelligence is a trait that can be possessed by both the educated and non-educated. Why not read on to learn extensive specifics regarding my viewpoint.
As I said earlier, intelligence is the capacity for someone to possess the knowledge and cognitive agility to influence events as they see fit. And I think anyone can easily do such, as long as they have such ability. If intelligence were to be centered on the educated alone, then I see no reason why there are still massive failure rates year in and year out in the education sector. Students should have used their intelligence to navigate a way for them to pass their exams.
SO DOES THAT RENDERS EDUCATION USELESS?
I didn't mean to imply that education is completely useless in our quest to be intelligent. In essence, what I'm saying is that education doesn't necessarily ensure that we'll be intelligent, but the concept of education as the potential to brood out the intelligent tendencies in us.
School subjects like math, physics, business studies, and studies of people, their cultures, and traditions, to name a few, can do a lot to develop our intelligence. In fact, solving math problems requires us to think creatively and critically as we figure out how to find the right solutions to the questions at hand.
HOW CAN INTELLIGENCE BE BROOD
If certain conditions are satisfied consistently, such as those stated below, we can cultivate intelligence:

MOVE WITH INTELLIGENT PEOPLE: To instill intelligence in ourselves, then it's highly essential that we move with people who have such traits, and by moving and staying close to them, we'll be able to learn from the way they do and attend to things.

READ LOT IF BOOKS: Books are one of the major ways we get inform and enlighted on a daily basis, and the beauty about books is that they hard runs out of relevance, because we tend to learn from them each time they're be read, the most intelligence human still read to expand their knowledge about different subject matter and things related each aspect of life.

BE OPEN MINDED AND THINK CRITICALLY BEFORE TAKING ANY ACTIONS: the place of critical think in our journey towards being intelligent can never be overemphasized, most intelligent people take their time before they jump into any conclusions and into any decisions, so whoever want to become intelligence must think thoroughly before taking any actions.
