If I had a million dollars

Many of us have plans, aspirations, and things we hope to achieve. Unfortunately, many of these aspirations and plans couldn't be brought into reality due to one fact: the absence of money. The importance of money to aid in achieving things can never be overemphasized, and today I'll love to take you through what I'd do if I were to have a million dollars all to myself.

Firstly, I had to convert the one million dollars into my country's local currency, the naira, and after the conversion, I must tell you that I was dumbfounded by how huge that amount is in our local currency, and with such a huge amount, you can literally do loads of things and might never even taste poverty ever again in your life. The conversion shows a million dollars is equal to 983.2 million naira.

To be candid, I must confess I've never thought of making such a huge amount of money in my life, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't spend it judiciously, and how that will be utilized is listed below.

• Buy Hive, Stake, Become A whale: I've always fancied the idea of being a whale, even though I don't have the financial capacity to do that. But in a situation where I've got 1 million dollars, then I guess my dream is about to come true because I'll buy a couple of hive tokens, stake them on others to increase my HP, and hopefully that will be a medium to help others as much as I earn more curation rewards too.

• Invest in Real Estate: Aside from hive investment, another core part of how I'll utilize this money is by investing in real estate, landed properties, and the like. This is an industry that's actively improving on a daily basis, so I'll be buying huge land, which I'll do without for a couple of years, and after just about 5 years, I might be lucky and sell each plot at a multiplied rate of the invested amount.

• Building my house and Estate for homeless children around me: I'll love to have a decent mansion of my own that I can call mine. Aside from that, I'll also want to help the needy, so such a huge amount would be invested in two building projects that would help not just me but also save my life.
