# Hello Fellow Hivian
Today I'm excited about how things turns out at the school where I teach as a per-time teacher, and also with my brother state of health improvement.
At the school, today was the final of the football competition the students were involved in since last month, and fortunately for us we won the match against our opposition school 2 goals to 0, meaning we get to lift the trophy 🏆.
Another goods news was that my brother was discharged today from the hospital, after he was operated on last week, the doctors kept him on admission so as to monitor is progress into full recovery, and today they decided he's in a good shape to return home, and come back weekly for medical checkup and clinic.
It's a good day overall, though the weather here is very harsh since morning, it's around 10pm now, and today alone, I've taken my bath 5 times due to the heat, I would have love to sleep outside on the mat, but this area is known for dangerous reptiles like scorpions and snakes, so I'll have to make do with the heat indoor.
Am excited, alive and thriving, because, we(my school) sang a song of victory at last, because we lost in the final of the same competition last year, and I get to learn that hard work will surely later payoff, if only you don't give up and keep striving towards achieving your dreams.
