During my childhood days I could remember running out to play in the rain alongside my pair groups at any slightest drop of rain, those were the good old days, but growing up reverse became the case on how I react to rain due to several reasons which I'll be analysis below.
But before I go into details, I'll like to inform you that this post was prompted by the @hive-learners Community featured topic, which encourages us to discuss about our views on weather and how they've affected us positivity or negatively, you can read the details and rules guiding the topic extensively on @kronias post, then write and publish your post into the community.
WHY THE CHANGES IN VIEW ON RAIN
There are two major occurrence that changes my view about how I react to rain, and they're extensively talked about below;
- WORK: This is one of the reasons why I don't really love rain like I use to during my childhood days, and this is because it literally affect my work and as well reduce the pace at which I finish each project, as most of my followers know, I'm a shoemaker, and making/joining of shoes materials together with jump requires some certain amount of heat for it to quickly dry up and then join together firmly, but having a cold weather means it'll take longer period before the gum applied on the materials will dry, and that's not even certain if the weather is too cold.
Though there's a way I can easily get the gum dry whenever I'm making shoes during the raining season, and these trick is known to few shoemakers, so getting the gum to dry quickly during such season would mean that I'll light the Marco I rub gum on with fire immediately I finish applying the gum on it, and once the fire circulate I'll then join those parts together immediately, and though these seems great, it's dangerous when the fire isn't quench immediately.
- HEALTH: Another core reason why I tend to not really fancy the raining season is due to health reasons, as a child I can play all day inside the rain without having any side effects or reaction to the effect of being drench by the rain, but presently, a single drop of rain on my head would literally make me fall sick.
Though I don't know nor understand the reason why my body system suddenly change the way it react to rain drop on it, but due to that, I try as much as possible to avoid getting a single rain drop on me.
SO WHICH WEATHER DO I PREFER
I believe most of you will feel with the above listed point then I'll detest the cold weather and embrace the warm weather, well reverse is the case, because despite all the stuffs I listed, I still love cold weather and only have to avoid getting drench by the rain, aside that, the cold weather doesn't affect me in anyway, on the other hand, when it comes to the temperature that my body system react negatively to, then we're refering to warm weather.
So in a nutshell, I still love and adore the cold weather and time and day.
