Recently I paid a visit to my vegetables farm, after being away from them for some weeks now, and one of the major one that catches my attention the most is the fluted pumpkin, and this is for no other reason than the fact that it did exceedingly well in my asbent unlike most of the other vegetables, Although one of the downside is that it as grown so big to the point where it spread it branches across the ground, beyond the seed bedding I made for it.
Going across the vegetables farm, I can't help but to be overwhelmed and stand in awe at the sight of how fresh and big the fluted pumpkin as grown, in fact this is the first time I'm seeing the leafs of this pumpkin grow this wide and big.
It was a blessing to me, because this will definitely be of great help to my family and I, in our quest toward being self sufficient, dependent as we improve our lives, health and wellbeing via growing our own food.
HEALTH BENEFITS OF FLUTED PUMPKIN
Aside being a common vegetable use as meal, the fluted pumpkin is highly medicinal and rich in nutrients that add great value to our wellness, blood circulation and as well use as a remedy for different health issues/challenges.
Talking about the health benefits, FLUTED pumpkin is;
