True happiness is a state of undiluted excitement and fulfillment that can only be attained or triggered by different things for different individuals. For some, it's money that triggers true happiness for them; for others, it's achieving their goals, possession of items, seeing their loved ones excited, and the like. The same would have been the case for me, but during the course of thinking about this post, I've come to realize all the above scenarios would only make my happiness short-lived, and only one thing could really make my happiness true and long-lasting.

In truth, all of the above-listed scenes are important and can never be overemphasized. I mean, come to think of it, having a lot of money means we can do all sorts of things that we've dreamt of, purchase anything, and live the best life anyone can dream of. While all this is great, one wouldn't have a reproach like mine and not flinch after realizing money can't change the situation.
On the other hand, I'm a family guy and the type of person who works his ass out just so his loved ones can have the best of whatever it is they want, and truly, that does make me happy whenever I see the excitement of being able to achieve what they wanted on their faces. Regardless, I still come back to my senses along the line and wish I could dream wide as much as they could, but my reproach has acted as a barrier between me and dreaming big.
The last of the scenarios that make people truly happy, as I highlighted in the first paragraph of this article, is achieving their goals or being able to possess an item they've always dreamed of. These are things I've been fortunate to experience at one point or another, and while I was happy to attain such height and possess those items, the happiness was short-lived.
The above-listed 3 points were what I planned on writing about as my source of true happiness, but after thorough thinking prior to writing this article, I've come to realize that they can't give me that taste of true happiness. Now the big question is, What then can bring me true happiness if all of the above can't? Well, think no further because it's stated below.

Personally, for me, true happiness can only be attained if I'm in good health and don't have to deal with the constant nausea I go through on a daily basis. To many who see me, they wouldn't believe I'm ill or have one health challenge or another. I guess my stature makes me look like a healthy person to the general public.
The illness is severe, and like I've stated in some blog posts in the past, it gives me loads of worries, and due to the memory of the illness's existence in me, it has over time rendered other means of happiness short-lived for me because, once I think about it, my heart breaks and then comes sadness.
So in a nutshell, for me personally, having good health and living a healthy life is the number one thing that will bring me true happiness. I've come to realize that it's obviously the only barrier between me and happiness, as well as the only barrier between me and dreaming big and aspiring to attain some greater heights.
Of course, I know that having good health and not having money is another big problem, so it'll definitely also feature on my priority list, as will seeing those around me happy. What would make my life happy and perfect is being in good health and also having those other basic life necessities to go along with it, and I can say for a fact that if that is achieved, my happiness will be long-lasting and would most likely last forever.
That's about all on my list of what can bring me true happiness, and the write-up was inspired by the Hive Learner Community Features prompt.
Thanks so much for your time. Have a prosperous new week ahead.
