Love is a beautiful thing, and whoever finds it can be compared to being among the happiest people alive. It is an emotional feeling that revolves around extraordinary affection for someone; to love is good, but to be loved in return makes one fulfilled. I, for one, once have someone I cherished with all of my being before life happened, but even after that it held some set of people dearly to my heart.
Putting that in its rightful place, "the past," today I'll be talking about some people I so much love and cherish and could go to lengths to make sure they're happy and excited at all times. Of course, many people would have gone down the pecking order regarding whom I would have chosen, but for the sake of this prompt today, I'll be talking about some people that I love as though they were part of my skin.
The set of people I'm referring to are no other than my immediate family, which includes my siblings and parents; these people mean the world to me, and as much as I've shown them love in the past, they've also shown me that, in truth, blood is thicker than water.
Nothing makes love sweeter than receiving the same undiluted emotions in return; that literally means the world and makes it feel bold that yes, in truth, even if the world and everyone else go against us, we'll have someone who not only stands by us but also defends us and helps us get out of such a situation. This is who my family is to me, and this is what I've consistently done in order to keep the fire burning from my end as well.
Love is an avenue for admitting the need for strength, and it's a place where we are being valued and made whole by our loved one; it isn't a place where we'll be judged, but a place where we are seen as perfect despite our imperfections. That doesn't mean we won't point out our flaws, but regardless of those, we let love lead.
To be in love is to have hope; to be in love means you have someone you can trust, someone you can rely on, someone you can lean on in times of trouble for support in words, encouragement, and offering their shoulder as a place to cry without being ridiculed.
So in a nutshell, my family has all of the above-mentioned traits that I stated, and much more, and in order to make each one of them happy and fulfilled in life, I recently decided to halt the advancement of a particular phrase in my own life in order to have enough time to groom my siblings to a substantial level, because obviously if that phrase were to move on, then I know I won't have adequate time for them or stay true to the alleged phrase.
