A DIY TUTORIAL: HOW I MADE AND GAVE MYSELF CHRISTMAS SHOES

Christmas greetings to all! Witnessing another Christmas is such an amazing sensation, and I pray that this year will be a Christmas that we will always remember for good, as we all know that Christmas is recognized for the spirit of love, giving and taking, so I decided to commemorate the season by crafting and giving myself a pair of shoes,

I haven't received a gift over the christmas period in a very long time, so I decided to make myself happy by making and giving myself this gorgeous pair of Palms slippers. TOOLS AND MATERIALS USED

• Original Black Leather
• Marco size 6
• Nora
• Heel
• OCI gum
• Super glue

MAKING PROCESSES

Since it's my own footwear, I don't really have much preference for any style of footwear, because I most love keeping my footwear simple and plain without much style, but mostly I look for comfort when wearing them.

• So to make my Christmas footwear, I cut out the leather material into the tiny pieces that I'll be using for the upper design.

• Once the upper has been cut, I move to building the insole and outsole, for the insole, I place my leg on the Marco size 6 and draw out my foot shape with a biro, after which I added about few inches around it and cut it out, I then cut the black linning and wrap it around the Marco with the aid of the oci gum.

• Lastly I cut out my second Nora and the heels and join both to the just design upper with my super glue and OCI gum, and below is how the palm slippers I gifting look finally.
